Founder, FCO Assessment Foundation
Anil Kumar P founded FCO Assessment Foundation in 2026 with a single conviction — that a child’s potential should never be limited by background, geography or circumstance.
His work focuses on building an educational ecosystem where assessments reveal strengths rather than rank students, where schools become centres of innovation, and where educators are supported with the tools and recognition they deserve.
Under his leadership, FCO is establishing its founding chapter: the FCO Pilot Assessment 2026, school partnership programmes, volunteer networks and scholarship initiatives that together form a long-term commitment to India’s learners.
