Protected Material
- FCO name, logo and brand identity
- Website content, text, design and graphics
- Assessment question papers and item banks
- Assessment methodology, frameworks and scoring approach
- Reports, analytics formats and certificates
- Educational and training materials
- Videos, documents and publications created by FCO
- The FCO software platform and its interface
Permitted Use
Participants, parents, schools and partners may view, download and use FCO material for their own non-commercial educational purposes connected with an FCO program. Reports and certificates may be shared by the participant or the institution for legitimate academic purposes.
Restricted Use
- Copying, reproducing or republishing FCO material without permission
- Commercial use, resale or licensing of FCO material
- Modifying FCO material and presenting it as original or as FCO's
- Distributing question papers or assessment content in breach of the Assessment Policy
- Using the FCO logo or brand in a way that implies an affiliation, approval or partnership that does not exist
Third-Party Material
Some material used on this website or in our programs may belong to third parties, including licensed images, fonts, tools and platform components. Such material remains subject to the rights and terms of its respective owners.
