Depending on the service or program you use, we may collect:
- Student name
- Date of birth, age or class information where necessary
- School or institution details
- Parent or guardian information where applicable

- Address, where voluntarily provided and necessary
- Assessment responses, scores and performance information
- Login and account information, and profile information
- Uploaded profile photograph, where applicable
- Technical and device information, and website usage information
- Records of communication with our team, where appropriate
Why We Collect Information

- Registration and participation in assessments and programs
- Student identification and prevention of duplicate registration
- Generating assessment reports and performance insights
- School or institution level reporting

Student Data and Minors
Several of our programs involve school students, including minors. We follow these principles:

- Request deletion where legally and operationally possible

Parental and Guardian Rights
A parent or legal guardian may request access to, correction of, or deletion of a minor's information, and may withdraw consent for continued participation. We may ask for reasonable verification of identity and relationship before acting on such a request.
